Alisha Erin has been in the craft for over 15 years now since she was 16.

“I fell for more flowers then I did boys at that age. They say you always remember your first love!’

Alisha Erin’s love affair with flowers started well before then much to her Granddads dismay. As a child she would pick from his garden to make potions and perfumes for him, which he was never quite so impressed with as she was.

It took her years to pinpoint where she first resonated with flowers but it always went back to memories of his garden on the East Coast. The smells of geranium and all the garden roses flood back. He loved his garden and Burkes Backyard.

She was very fortunate to find her passion early and share it with him before his passing. Sharing her first feature on Hello May back in 2014 with him.

Alisha first started out working in beautiful florist shops throughout the Northern suburbs and Perth then onto working for some of Perth’s leading Wedding Florists & Stylists.

Alisha has planned and executed the floral design for thousands of weddings and events over the years. This experience combined with her down to earth nature, professionalism, extensive knowledge and love of flowers has helped grow Bohemian Flowers to where it is today.
